Rhode Island’s aging population continues to grow, with many older adults facing increasing challenges due to social isolation, decreased mobility, and the absence of consistent non-medical support at home. Traditional home care services often prioritize medical assistance, leaving a significant gap in emotional well-being and daily engagement. Meanwhile, family members—many of whom work full-time or live out-of-state—struggle to find flexible, trustworthy, and affordable solutions that preserve their loved ones' dignity and independence without requiring full-time medical care.
